Connecticut Company Car 840

Built in 1905, Connecticut Company 840 demonstrates she can still run under her own power. This is one of the museum's many restoration projects. The car was taken out for railfan weekend to offer rides for the museum's members.

This car ran in New Haven, CT and was part of the famed Yale Bowl fleet. This was the last open car to run in revenue service in the United States.
