Virginia Electric Power Co 1240 VEPCO Birney 1240 was built for service in Richmond in 1919 by the American Car Company of St. Louis. Its body has been restored by the Virginia Historical Society and is on display in their museum. Photographed by Frank Hicks, April 23, 2009.
