Muskogee Electric Traction 311 Muskogee Electric Traction 311 is a single-truck Birney safety car built by American Car Company in 1924. It was retired in 1933 but survived as a carbody, and was eventually acquired by the Three Rivers History Museum. Restoration of the car is in progress.
